Erin Ladd is committed to providing a safe space for those who may feel unsafe in a clinical setting, and provides deep, restorative treatments using a variety of Swedish massage techniques. A queer practitioner, Erin focuses on treatments for, but not limited to, people who are: disabled, trans, queer, of size, of colour, pregnant, or undergoing physical rehabilitation from surgery or injury. Offering a sliding-scale is important to Erin, as she believes that healthcare is not a privilege, but a right, and should be accessible and affordable.
Connecting to the community through massage is important to Erin, and she has recently participated in Trans Day of Healing and Wellness at George Brown College and Project Sunshine Caregiver Wellness program. Invested in the next generation of massage therapists, Erin is regularly involved in examining graduating students. Erin is a graduate of Sir Sandford Fleming College’s Massage Therapy program and has been a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario for 10 years.
