Cancellation Policy

Please be reminded that we require 24 hours to cancel appointments. We adhere to this policy in order for practitioners to be paid fairly and for clients to make the best use of the studio. We only make exception for cases such as: you’ve been visiting us for fertility and you are giving birth! :)

We only accept cancellations with less than 24 hrs notice by phone and you will be charged what you normally pay on the sliding scale for missed appointments. You may leave us a voicemail if you call in at a time when our receptionist is away from the desk. We also ask that you cancel your appointment via the online booking system if you have access to it so the spot can be freed up to others.

We do not accept cancellations with less than 24 hrs notice by email. If you need to change or cancel an appointment with more than 24 hrs notice you are welcome to do so via our online booking system or by calling us.
