Testimonial from Lamia:
“I have been studying Taiji with Master Hung for the past 7 years.  As a beginner I was supported in the fundamentals of playing Tai Chi with kind and direct training.  Now as an intermediate student Master Hung pushes me to learn more and regularly remember the nuances of the forms he has taught me.  Master Hung is gifted at sharing the wisdom he carries, and determined to create well rounded players of Tai Chi martial arts.
Playing Tai Chi gives us strength, pause, circulation, back support and stillness within,.  This is a way to break a sweat and raise your heart rate but not spend too much Qi or Yang to do so.  This is a way of moving that balances the hectic pace of city life.”

What is Tai Chi?
Tai Chi is a series of interconnected flowing martial techniques that have significant and long-lasting benefits for the body and the mind. Tai Chi is a martial art practised for centuries in China and has gained popularity in the West as an exercise which promotes health and relaxation.

Daily practice of Tai Chi strengthens the heart, lungs and immune system. It improves circulation and eases stress. No matter what age you are, it’s never too late to do something about your health.
