"We begin from wholeness. The dysfunction in our societies, family systems, and inheritances manifests in the body. And so too does our capacity for healing."
At a time when I sorely needed support, affordable accessible acupuncture made all the difference in my life. And it got me studying the possibilities of traditional Chinese medicine in liberatory healing work. Inspired by communities of resistance, I am excited to make healing work more accessible to more people.
I work with people experiencing:
-stress, anxiety, depression
-trauma and PTSD
-chronic and acute pain
-pregnancy and fertility issues
-insomnia
-digestive issues
and more
I practice Community Bodywork (cupping, gua sha, tui na) and Community Acupuncture at Six Degrees. Both are offered at a sliding scale.
My training includes:
- Diploma of Acupuncture, SSC Acupuncture Institute, 2015
- Community Acupuncture internship, Toronto Acupuncture Studio, 2014 – 2015
- Acupuncture for Pregnancy & Obstetrics with Debra Betts, 2015
- Community Acupuncture internship, Six Degrees, 2016
