We offer the different rate options to make the class accessible to as many as possible. We need 2 people paying $112, 5 people paying $128, and 2 people paying $160 in order to run the class. Please consider what you can pay when signing up.

Thoughtful movement and meditation to explore the process of being present, cultivating inner trust and letting go. This class allows space for individual attention and support while also providing a quiet and spacious environment for people to better know themselves.
A contemplative class that explores the alignment and therapeutic gifts of every posture. The spaces in between the postures will explore stillness as a means of reconnecting to yourself, finding the ground and rejuvenating the mind. We will use active poses and gentle support of blankets, bolsters and time in stillness to help release physical and mental tensions. Rest and recharge your nervous system so you can respond to life’s stresses with energy and vitality. This series is accessible to all levels.
Lana Lontos is a yoga and meditation instructor, Gestalt psychotherapy student, and entrepreneur. She has been practicing yoga and movement for over a decade. Lana is in deep gratitude to these ancient teachings as they have awakened her felt sensation, awareness and understanding of body/mind connection. Lana is the creator and host of the Big Tree Mind wellness podcast and Vimeo series. She is passionate about mindfulness practice, creativity and exploring how we connect to ourselves and our work. Lana is actively involved in youth outreach and mentorships and has dedicated a decade to studying trauma, anxiety and addictions. She believes wholeheartedly that awareness, yoga and meditation are tools which support the nervous system and contribute to clarity, focus and awakening to our purpose.
