What is Tai Chi?
Tai Chi is a series of interconnected flowing martial techniques that have significant and long-lasting benefits for the body and the mind. Tai Chi is a martial art practised for centuries in China and has gained popularity in the West as an exercise which promotes health and relaxation.
Daily practice of Tai Chi strengthens the heart, lungs and immune system. It improves circulation and eases stress. No matter what age you are, it’s never too late to do something about your health.
Master Ting Seng Hung is an internationally known and respected celebrity Tai Chi Master and founder of Ze An Chinese Healing Centre of Canada. Master Hung has received numerous prestigious awards for his work and is a licensed holistic practitioner. He offers acupuncture, massage, Qi Gong, and Tai Chi. Master Hung is the Vice President of Canadian Chinese Kuo Shu (Martial Arts) Federation and a coach member of the Traditional Wushu Association of Canada.
