In city life, a sense of being ruled by a hectic pace can leave us overwhelmed. Is this really how life needs to be?
This group introduces mindfulness meditation practices to increase self-compassion and self-awareness to our direct experience. These practices can grow confidence and skills in meeting the demands of everyday life. Consistent evidence shows mindfulness meditation can improve a wide range of mental and physical health concerns.
This group welcomes the lived experiences of our many diverse identities.

Fees and Payment:
$450+HST = $508.50 Sliding scale available. Please contact us for more info.
Bi weekly payment plan is available (5 x $101.70 incl. hst)

Facilitator: Lu Lam, M. Ed. C.C.C. is a counsellor in private practice and a mindfulness facilitator. He finds joy and is skilled in creating spaces for people to make contact with who they truly are. www.lulam.ca
Supporting Person: Lamia Gibson, R.Ac., is an Acupuncturist, Shiatsu Therapist, meditator and co-owner of Six Degrees. As a support person they are honoured to offer their presence along with insight from a Chinese Medicine perspective.
