Use yoga to Help you with the seasons change by fortifying and supporting the main seat of energy for this Spring season.

This is a unique opportunity to have a medically trained yoga teacher guide you through the traditional way of teaching yoga with special emphasis on the area of vulnerability for this time of year.

Mats, cushions and blocks provided
Gentle pace suitable for beginners, those with injuries or disabilities and mature students.

Know about the philosophy of yoga and how it complements Other holistic therapies like acupuncture and naturopathy; learning about the Importance of diet and its influence on our lives and our yoga practice.

This is great for people who have issues with digestion and elimination.

We will also see how certain breathing practices can balance this focal energy centre.

Please make sure you haven’t eaten anything for at least 2 hrs before the workshop. No liquids at least 30 minutes before.

family-008Dr Anjali is a second generation homeopath who has come from a very busy holistic practice which she shared with her mother in India. Anjali started learning at a young age as her mother inspired her to follow a similar route in health care. She began her career in holistic sciences with a Teachers certificate in Yoga. She was fifteen years old and the youngest in her class, and has been practising and teaching Yoga ever since.
