It’s hard to believe that it’s been six months since we launched our new online booking system, time flies! We’ve come a long way and we couldn’t have done it without your support to the changes that are vital to growing our small business, Six Degrees Health. As we continue to make our services accessible to more people, we are excited to introduce a new payment method – credit card. Over the years clients have asked us if we would accept debit or credit. In response we added an ATM machine to our lobby so people can access cash for payments. And, working with our new booking system, we are now able to securely store your credit card information directly in your profile, making it faster and easier for your payment to be processed. We still accept cash and cheque and now we offer you one more option for those who have access to a credit card.
What do you need to do?
From July 1st onwards, speak with one of us at the front desk, bring your credit card at your next visit, or give us a call at 416.866.8484 to store your credit card information in your profile. You can do this even if you don’t have an upcoming appointment scheduled yet.
Can I pay by credit card for some visits but not others?
Yes you can! You will see that on the payment chit, there is a new option of “credit card on file”. Check that box if you want to pay with your credit card on file. Otherwise, put cash or cheque in the envelope as usual. A receipt will be emailed to you.
For security reason, please do not email your credit card information to us. Only share the info when you speak with one of us at the front desk or on the phone.
